Ordering
All orders will be custom made in your size. Orders will be activated in our workshops upon registration of your payment. When an order is activated please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery Before an order is shipped to you it will be quality inspected by Sunna Blædel As all orders are custom made our policy is no return on orders. All products are covered by a warranty in accordance to Danish laws provided that the instructions that is included with the order is followed. As jewellery contains small parts do not give children jewellery to play around with. All material used in the production is under control of Danish authorities If you wish to place an order please email us at sb@sunnablaedel.dk and name from the product slideshow, the page, series, name and number. If you have any special requests regarding size or length etc please include this information. Don't forget your address and country so we can get back to you with information on the cost of you order including shipping. You will also be given an order number that will be you reference to your order, including the period when the product is covered by our warranty. This order number is also required when you transfer money to our bank account or if you use paypal Please do not hesitate to mail us if you have any questions regarding our products and services. |
